The DÖRKEN^® range of industrial wood coatings

The range specially developed for industrial wood coating has been marketed under the DÖRKEN^® brand since 2024. The range is perfectly tailored to the requirements of an industrial coating process.

The range, which focuses on the industrial coating process, includes high-performance stains, varnishes and wood oils as well as products for other coating solutions. In order to best meet the individual challenges in the coating process, the portfolio also includes additives for fine-tuning the products.

DÖRKEN works closely with system manufacturers to coordinate the application process and coating solution in the best possible way. This transfer of know-how helps to develop optimum solutions for all project partners.

Vacumat

In the Vacumat, the quality is whirled up in an application chamber and thus coats the workpiece. The paint residues are removed by an air suction generated by a vacuum. This process ensures particularly even paint application. The Vacumat can be used to apply highly efficient, all-round glazing to opaque coatings with extremely precise layer thicknesses. Thanks to the automatic feed, precise and efficient coatings are achieved even at high speeds. Excess coating material is also returned to the closed circuit.

Automatic brush machine

When applied using an automatic brushing machine, the quality is sprayed onto the wood profile via nozzles. Three-sided glazing to opaque coatings can be achieved here. Brushes work in the quality and remove excess material. This is fed back into the closed cycle and reused, resulting in low material consumption. This makes coating with an automatic brush machine cost-effective and highly efficient.

Surface spraying machine

The coating solution is also applied to the profiles using spray nozzles on the automatic surface spraying machine. This application technology is often used for small parts and enables individually adjustable glazing to opaque coatings. The automatic surface spraying machine is easy to operate and impresses with all-round coating. Excess material is also reused here.
